GENERAL
You need good project idea or concept then follow the steps below:
- Check out our Rules and Project Eligibility guidelines to see if you fit our criteria( click here ).
- To get approved submit your project by filling Project Approval form (click here)
- If you get approved, our support team will get in touch with you to help with creating campaign plan & upfront fee payment.
- Once you have build your campaign page, you go live and start raising funds
- Once your campaign goes live you will get 2 months time to complete your campaign. In case if you raised only 60% of goal amount in these 2 months period means we will consider giving another 15 days extra for such projects.
- In 2 months period if your campaign not received 60% of project goal amount means your funded amount goes back to bakers, so be active and finish the funding process in time.
Basically the most of the funding comes from fund raiser network like friends, family, colleagues etc. and for viral projects – fans, followers also fund if your project is good and unique.
FOR CAMPAIGN CREATORS
- Global Payment accepting : We accept payments all over the world includes UPI, Credit & Debit cards, Net banking.
- People can fund the campaign via cash & cheque in Bangalore location.
- Keep updating your project updates in campaign page so that backers can see the updates about project progress.
- We are also filmmakers so We like to promote your work
- You can submit the completed project (Short film, video songs etc) to us, we will upload your work to Yoursearch Films Channels and helps in reaching maximum views with our subscribers and followers
- In any stage if you need help means just get in touch with us we help.
Each time a backer funds your campaign it will be immediately shows in the campaign and also you can see more details and analytics in your my campaign page
Yes, ‘Yoursearch Films Crowdfund’ is a global platform, we accept international payments too, so anyone can fund your project.
If a creator is unable to reach 100% of his target, all the money is refunded to the backers, if a campaign has reached up to 60% of its target and needs a little more time to complete the rest in such cases we can increase time to another 15 days to finish it.
Yes, We won’t take any commission amounts for such campaigns and payment gateways charges varies from 2-5% will be deducted depending on mode of payment and the rest 95 to 98% will be refunded back to backers.
Yes, Such projects will be open till the end of the campaign date.Â

We will send a email notification and a upfront fee payment link ( check the pricing details here ), once your payment confirmed with in 2 days our team will get in touch with you & helps in creating successful campaign.
- We can only process payments after 15 days of your campaign end date.
- We transfer the funds to your teammate bank account only, no cash payments

FOR BACKERS
No, We won’t charge any extra amount than pledged.Â
Yes, We won’t deduct our commission to transfer the amount back to your accounts but the payments gateways will charge 2-5% depending on mode of payment and the rest will be refunded to you.
